Jeff Janda brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience, specializing in executive search and hard-to-fill, niche positions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining MCI Talent Group, Jeff spent 12 years with Children's Mercy Hospital and 4 years with BJC Health System, where he served as Senior Executive Talent Advisor. In that role, he partnered with senior leadership and executive teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and attract top-tier talent to support organizational growth and success.
Jeff's expertise includes executive recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and building strong talent pipelines for critical leadership positions. His consultative approach and extensive network have enabled organizations to successfully identify and secure high-impact leaders in highly competitive markets.
Jeff earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with a minor in Economics, from Kansas State University.

Jeff Janda
John Heymach is a seasoned entrepreneur, healthcare executive, and business leader with a diverse background spanning technology, healthcare, staffing, sales leadership, and business development. He began his career with CDW, where he distinguished himself as a top-performing sales professional in Chicago.
Throughout his career, John has demonstrated a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. He founded E-Gamebid, one of the first U.S.-based companies authorized to facilitate wagering on skill-based gaming competitions. His operational expertise and strategic vision also contributed to projects involving canine DNA identification technologies. John further expanded his leadership experience as Vice President of Temetic Research, LLC.
Driven by a desire to serve others, John returned to academia to pursue nursing, earning his BSN & RN credentials. He subsequently spent more than 12 years as a Neuro/Trauma nurse in high-acuity healthcare environments.
John founded Revive & Rally IV Therapy, Kansas City’s premier IV hydration and wellness company. John later founded Mission Skin Med Spa in Leawood, Kansas, which quickly became recognized as one of the region’s leading medical spas for aesthetic and laser services. The company’s success earned regional and national media recognition, including features on major television networks and morning news programs.
John founded Next Move Healthcare, a nurse and allied healthcare staffing company headquartered in Kansas City. The company became one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing healthcare staffing organizations. Following the successful sale of Next Move Healthcare,
John continued his commitment to workforce development through GreenStaff Medical, where he focused on helping internationally educated nurses successfully transition into healthcare careers within the United States.
