Our client, a respected and growing law firm, is seeking an Attorney who focuses on Real Estate and Construction law to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to handle a wide range of complex real estate and construction disputes in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of real estate and construction legal matters
Handle disputes involving commercial and residential real estate, including leases, contracts, title issues, and property rights
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances
Advise clients on risk, strategy, and dispute resolution

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Missouri
7+ years of experience
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Senior (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for understanding in Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing design concepts, estimating and construction basics. Dedicated to a market/region and supports the project pre-construction and operations team members.
Provides industry knowledge and expertise as an in-house resource for associates and clients. Assists with team staffing, education, client engagement, risk management, and development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pursuit
• Creates content for pursuits.
• Attends project interviews to identify and speak to MEP challenges and opportunities.
• Provide MEP case studies or project specific narratives for proposals.
Document and System Analysis
• Reviews construction drawings to identify optimal and innovative solutions, potential scope gaps, overages and VE opportunities.
• Understands MEP specifications at an advanced level.
• Performs preliminary MEP system analysis and develops high level associated cost and benefits.

Estimating and Scheduling
• Assists project team with MEP estimating at various design stages, reviews pre-construction and trade partner estimates and provides input related to engineering trades.
• Maintains tracking system of MEP long lead time items.

Trade Partner Coordination
• Understands trade partners strengths and who to recommend for specific project types and assists
pre-construction team with trade partner selection.
• Reviews MEP scope of work documents.
• Assists pre-construction managers with MEP bid evaluations and provides analysis and makes
recommendations.
• Directs team and clients on available rebates and incentives.

Construction
• Attends MEP trade and/or consultant coordination meetings regularly.
• Attends Pre-construction meetings for assigned business unit.
• Reviews specific MEP submittals on select projects and provide feedback to operations team.
• Attends site reviews regularly for assigned projects.
• Ensures Site Reviews are occurring by MEP Team.

Risk Management
• Assists project team with troubleshooting as needed.
• Assists project team with development plans for high risk trade partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Structural, Civil or Construction Engineering or Bachelor's degree in
Construction Science or Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience as design engineer/consultant or trade partner pre-construction, management, or
operations.
• Ability to attend industry and other networking events on behalf of the construction company.
• Knowledge of MEP and construction terminology and construction procedures.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High-level of time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Experience in managing and/or developing others.
• Experience with client engagement.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk.
• Able to build new and retain relationships with trade partners and consultants by attending industry events.
• Able to work with a variety of internal and external clients.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for gaining exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design concepts, estimating and construction basics. Supports the MEP team members as well as the project operations team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pursuit
• Prepares content for use in interviews with oversight.
Document and System Analysis
• Assists with construction drawing reviews.
• Learns sizing, layout and coordination requirements of relevant MEP systems.
• Assists in gathering relevant information for MEP system analysis and begins to learn sizing of MEP
components.

Estimating
• Assists manager with MEP estimating at various design stages, reviews preconstruction and trade partner
estimates and provides input related to engineering trades.
Trade Partner Coordination
• Becomes familiar with trade partner strengths and recommends for specific project types and assists
pre-construction team with trade partner selection.

Bidding and Buyout
• Assists manager with preliminary review of MEP scopes of work documents.
• Assists manager with gathering information or preliminary bid evaluation information.
• Assists in gathering information on rebates and incentives.

Construction
• Attends MEP trade meetings at regular intervals.
• Assists with specific MEP submittals on select projects and provides feedback to operations team.
• Assists with site observation visits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Structural, Civil or Construction Engineering or Bachelor's degree in
Construction Science or Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MEP and construction terminology and procedures.
